If jl169 discovers that a Player holds more than one Account, jl169 reserves the right to: (a) close all Accounts associated with that Player; (b) void all bets and game results associated with duplicate Accounts; (c) withhold and forfeit all bonus funds and winnings attributed to duplicate Accounts; and (d) return any deposited funds at jl169's sole discretion, subject to fraud assessment.
Before processing any withdrawal request, jl169 is required to verify your identity. You will be required to submit a clear copy of at least one valid Philippine government-issued photo identification, which may include a UMID card, PhilSys national ID, driver's license, or passport. Additional documents such as proof of address or source of funds documentation may be requested at jl169's discretion, particularly for large withdrawals or when suspicious activity is flagged.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to immediately notify jl169 customer support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
jl169 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. All activity that occurs on your Account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been conducted by you unless you have reported unauthorized access to jl169 without undue delay.
jl169 will never contact you via SMS, email, or any messaging platform to request your password or OTP code. Any such requests should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jl169 support immediately.
jl169 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in PHP. jl169 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and any foreign currency transactions conducted through third-party payment systems may result in your bank or payment provider applying conversion fees that are not the responsibility of jl169.
jl169 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online, Coins.ph, and USDT cryptocurrency. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. The current list of accepted methods will always be displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. Maximum deposit limits may be applied at jl169's discretion and may differ by account level, verification status, or responsible gaming settings configured by the Player.
Funds deposited to your jl169 Account are held for the purpose of wagering on the Platform only. jl169 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms communicated in the individual promotion. In the event of conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
All bonus funds at jl169 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly for each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl169's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jl169's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Players with unresolved complaints may escalate to the relevant regulatory authority. jl169 is committed to good-faith resolution of all complaints in a timely manner.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the customer support process shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
